Vikas Jha – Founder & CEO
Vikas founded Teracent in 2006, coding the first dynamic ad serving prototype himself. Prior to founding Teracent, Vikas was an early employee and VP of Engineering at Inktomi where he worked for over 6 years. Vikas has been closely involved with advanced product development in the areas of online advertising technologies and scalable internet infrastructure software for the last 12 years. Vikas holds a PhD in Computer Science from UCLA and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India.

Krishna 'Kittu' Kolluri
Kittu joined NEA in 2006 as a General Partner and focuses on information technology investments. Present NEA board memberships include OANDA, NEA-IndoUS Ventures, Novatium, RingCube Technologies, SnapTell, Teracent and WeatherBill. Prior NEA board memberships include PortAuthority (NASDAQ: WBSN). Formerly, Kittu was Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Security Products Group at Juniper Networks, a position he assumed following Juniper's acquisition of NetScreen Technologies. At NetScreen, he was General Manager of Secure Access Products, a position he assumed following NetScreen's acquisition of Neoteris, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Kittu brings more than 18 years of experience at the leading edge of the technology industry. He co-founded Healtheon/WebMD, introducing online healthcare to the market. As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Provider Services, Kittu was responsible for product development, operations and business development. Before co-founding Healtheon/WebMD, Kittu worked at Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI) managing high profile Interactive TV projects. Kittu holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, and a M.S. in Operations Research from the State University of New York, Buffalo.

Peter Sonsini
Pete joined NEA in 2005, specializing in software, systems and technology-enabled services companies. His current board memberships include Compiere, Conviva, Limbo, and Teracent and he led NEA’s investment in Xensource (acquired by Citrix Systems). Pete has 10+ years of operating experience in Silicon Valley that spans executive sales, marketing and finance roles. Prior to joining NEA, Pete was on the executive team at VMware where he built the company’s initial strategic alliances and grew annual sales through OEMs from $0 to $40 million in four years. Prior to VMware, Pete was one of the first hires on the business side at Mirapoint, where he ran product management. Pete also served in various sales and marketing positions in Hewlett-Packard’s server division, including Worldwide Product Manager for the mid-range server business.

Pete began his career at Montgomery Securities where he was an Associate in the firm’s Technology Corporate Finance group. Pete received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and his BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Rob Goldman
Rob Goldman is a serial internet entrepreneur and eCommerce pioneer. Rob brings an impressive background in Internet marketing, e-commerce, partnerships and distribution from 15 years of executive experience building and running numerous technology companies, most notably Shopping.com. In 2006 and 2007, Goldman led Shopping.com 's US business, which included www.shopping.com, www.epinions.com, and www.dealtime.com. During Rob's tenure as General Manager, Shopping.com grew roughly twice as fast as the e-commerce market and was the largest comparison shopping network with a monthly average of 20+ million unique visitors.

Rob's leadership in eCommerce began in 1995 when he co-founded and was the CEO of Nevermissasale.com, an early local ecommerce website which was sold in 1999. Following Nevermissasale, Rob was on the founding team of Digital Jones, a product recommendation service that was acquired by Dealtime in 2001. Rob is currently the CEO of an early stage tech start-up working on improving email. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Thisnext.com and Teracent.com. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Northwestern University.
