Teracent Privacy Policy

What Information Do We Collect?
For the vast majority of users who use our services, we don't collect any personally identifiable information such as email address, names etc. These users include individuals who visit web sites that display ads from Teracent Ad Network, as well as individuals who visit our web sites. From such users, we may collect information such as time of day, IP address, browser type, URLs visited etc.
We collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address etc. only from a small percentage of our users who explicitly register with. These include advertisers who want to display ads on Teracent Ad Network, publishers who want to display ads from Teracent Ad Network on their websites, as well as individuals who want information about our services.
What Do We Do With Information We Collect?
We use the personally unidentifiable information described above to provide more relevant services to our users. Typically, this means displaying more relevant ads to the users visiting one of the sites displaying ads from Teracent Ad Network. We may also share such personally unidentifiable information with our partners such as advertisers or publishers.
We don't share any personally identifiable information that we collect (for a small percentage of our users who explicitly register with us) with any third parties without the consent of the user. We may also share such information when required by a valid legal process.
